It would be very unfortunate if after all the sacrifice that Christ has made for us to end up in hell and to genuinely sadden him again.
Let us be careful, we should never separate from Christ, and have regular contact with him through prayer. And it is good that prayer be preceded by attention, so that it does not happen as the prophet David says: “… and let his prayer become sin.’’ be counted as sin” (Ps.108,7).
